Psalm 9:1-10 September 13, 2009 I Will because He Is
David sings of his response to who God is. Notice his response of action comes first; Acts 16:22-40. Our relationship with God takes some responsive initiative to touch His Being; we must reach out our hand of desire & faith. We reach & seek because of who He is and in our response we find deeper and broader revelation of His superior majesty, mercy, love & grace. The deeper we dive, the clearer our view. The more we lean, the more He holds. We should seek to fully engage God!
I WILL: 1. Praise - HALLELUJAH! a. All out recognition of who God is and what He has done. Proclaiming His awesome greatness in full heartfelt devotion (not superficial activity). b. Just the Facts (John 9:25) - no debate, just my experience. d. Testimony =BC-TP-AC; Situational Testimonials = 'If it weren't for Jesus...' 3. Glad & Rejoice - no circumstantial attitude Phil. 4:4 a.
